TERMS OF AGREEMENT

We must receive your confirmation and deposit within 5 business days of the date of this letter in order to finalize this agreement. Otherwise, your date will be released from our calendar. Your deposit can be paid using the payment options on the next page or from the links found in the “Thanks for confirming” email you will receive once you confirm the party using the button below.

Please print and mail a copy of the agreement with your nonrefundable 25% deposit check of the stated compensation along with a signed copy of this agreement to:

It is understood by both parties that the balance of $ (less the 25% deposit) will be paid in full upon arrival or immediately following the performance on .

In the event that the performance must be canceled on behalf of the Presenter or Artist due to circumstances beyond their control, the Presenter and Artist shall be respectively relieved of their obligations with respect to this performance.  In the case of a cancellation by the artist, the 25% deposit will be refunded.

I typically arrive approximately 35-40 minutes early (prior to show time) to set up equipment.
Private early set up, in a spacious room is helpful.

NOTE:  Due to time limitations and performance schedule (sometimes I have multiple performances in a day), the program must begin promptly and as close to the agreed upon time as possible. In addition, the party must begin at least 15-30 minutes prior to show start time. Thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration.

Taking flash pictures of the performance is fine. Videotaping is prohibited during performances unless granted prior consent.
